Equality and fairness

You have 30 lira. And you have three people to divide this sum equally and fairly. How would you do that?

The first one has 30 lira already. The second and the third one have nothing. The third one has health issues, is a single mum and can not possibly work.

Setting 1: your give 10 to each one. The first one has 40, the second and third one 10. It is equally distributed but is this fair?
Setting 2: you take 30 lira from the first one, you have 60 lira now. You give each one 20 lira. Is this fair? It is equally distributed, though.
Setting 3: you give nothing to the first or the second one, but you give 30 to the third one. It's not equally distributed but is it fair?
