Reasons for my paranoid mind

I might have a paranoid mind. But I think paranoid mind is an accumulative effect of bad experiences. You know that people might be potentially bad, they might be up to something because previous ones have been. You have been cheated, lied, betrayed, played, manipulated before so you expect the same thing might happen again. Another reason, for me at least, is lack of information. I happen to be quite paranoid when there is limited information in front of me, which leads me to create stories in my head and these stories are usually negative as I expect the worst from people (which I explained why above). And one more thing, I do not get hints or any implications, people need to be very very direct with me. As I know this, I constantly read between the lines, which takes me back to my second reason.
